We have lived in Rarity Bay for 15 years and this has been one of the best decisions we have made. The community and the lake are beautiful with outstanding views no matter where you turn. Beyond that, the people are the most welcoming, caring and fun people we have ever come across! Our Grandchildren love it here and come as often as they can to our little piece of Heaven on earth

5.0

We own a wonderful condo at Rarity Bay and absolutely love it. Coming from a home with a big yard and tons of maintenance it's been a nice change of pace not having to worry about all those annoying jobs around the house and around the yard. We have more time to enjoy life. We golf a lot, walk the trails, cycle and relax! The amenities here are wonderful and the views are breathtaking.
