Heritage of Hawk Ridge - Lake St. Louis, MO

Heritage of Hawk Ridge Overview

Heritage of Hawk Ridge is a beautiful community ideally nestled among farmland and trees in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. While in proximity of Highway 40 (I-64), this gated neighborhood offers a tranquil, yet energetic, way of life. Upon completion, Heritage of Hawk Ridge is planned to contain 515 homes.

This thriving, growing active adult community of single-family and attached homes was initially started by U.S. Homes in 2000. Whitaker Homes has also played a role in the construction of part of this community. In 2011, Pulte Homes acquired the project with plans to develop until completion. Local builder Lombardo Homes is also building homes at Heritage of Hawk Ridge. Each of these builders has created homes that have spacious floor plans that were created to meet the needs of today's active adults and have exceptional quality standard features.

Heritage of Hawk Ridge Amenities

The fitness center is equipped with weight machines, treadmills and free weights. Social areas include a reading room with kitchen and a ballroom.

Residents also enjoy an outdoor pool, two tennis courts and a gazebo. Another major feature of this community is its 18-hole, executive golf course. While Hawk Ridge is a walkable course, electric carts are available for rent.

Heritage of Hawk Ridge Homes & Real Estate

The current builder, Pulte, offers five single-family home plans ranging in size from 1,399 to 2,254 square feet. The builder designs all low-maintenance homes around the buyer's lifestyle with lasting value in mind and covered by a comprehensive warranty. Even the smallest layout features three baths and has a den that can be converted into a second bedroom. Three plans have two bedrooms plus dens and three baths, while the largest plan has four bathrooms and up to three bedrooms in addition to the den option.

All of these models have two-car garages as well. New homes will include landscaping packages, sodded yards and low-maintenance vinyl siding with aluminum fascia and soffits. The spacious interiors have nine-foot ceilings on the main levels, and kitchens are equipped with self-cleaning ovens and 42-inch Merillat Oak cabinets.

Models by prior builders, Whitaker Homes and U.S. Homes, are available on a resale basis. Whitaker Homes offered three single-family floor plans, while U.S. Homes developed attached villas and single-family residences. The monthly homeowners' association (HOA) fees vary slightly by model. HOA fees cover golf, grass cutting, snow removal, street lights, and access to all of the community's fabulous amenities.

It's funny how no one has wrote a review. Probably because it's impossible unless you look to see how. Not everyone wanting a retirement community wants a tee time because they may be a widow looking for retirement. Amazing they discriminate against widows of all nature. Good luck thanks.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to buy here.

Even though this community has gone through some ownership changes over the years, I believe today it is better than ever. The golf course is great and the collection of amenities includes a little bit of everything. My husband and I enjoy the friends we've made here and like living in this neighborhood.
