In addition, security is maintained via a 24-hour gated entrance, and the neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly with wide sidewalks and well-lit streets.

Heritage in the Hills Amenities

A 7,000 square-foot clubhouse functions as the hub of Heritage in the Hills. Residents have a fitness center at their disposal and can also relax over a game of billiards or cards.

Heritage in the Hills provides an outdoor pool behind the clubhouse for keeping in shape and healthy. A popular shopping destination for residents is Great Lakes Crossing. Notable areas of interest to take in performances include Callahan's Music Hall and DTE Energy Music Theater. Other popular venues in the area are the Palace of Auburn Hills, the Walter P. Chrysler Museum and the Cranbrook Institute of Science. Cities within a 20-mile radius include Pontiac, Rochester, Troy, Oak Park, Sterling Heights, Southfield and Farmington Hills. For farther travel there is the Flint Airport and Detroit Meetro Airport within an hours' drive.
