The Bristol and Somerset models offer between 2,068 and 2,125 square feet of living space. These homes have two or three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. These models feature gourmet kitchens and covered outdoor patios perfect for hosting guests.

This fee also covers the exterior upkeep and lawn care of all homes. As Premier Agents for 55Places, we are always excited to help our clients find this treasure. We recently had a new homeowner move into the neighborhood and when I called to see how she was settling in, here was her response. My first day moving in, a neighbor walked over in the rain to invite me to the Holiday party at the clubhouse. I of course went and was delighted to meet so many friendly neighbors including 6 that attend my new church, I love it here!
I moved from a house about two miles away. I love the community. It's a very close knit and friendly community. There is lots of socializing at the clubs house. Pot luck dinners, bridge, monthly parties, prayer meeting and more. We are very active retired people. Very close to shopping, hospital, doctors, lots of major shopping stores also Lake Lanier.
